Customer Care


  • If the name of the payer does not match the name of the purchaser, please leave a post on 1:1 inquiry immediately after making the payment.
  • For pre-orders, as production is initiated upon receiving the order, cancellation or exchange/refund due to change of mind after payment is not possible.
  • If you wish to change the payment method, please create a new order by reordering the same item, and if you leave a post on 1:1 inquiry, we will cancel the previous order. However, payment method changes are not possible if the item is sold out.
  • If you cancel your order and then decide to reinstate it, please leave a post on 1:1 inquiry to ensure that the order is processed correctly without any omission.


  • As we do not mass-produce items, some colors or sizes may become sold out without prior notice even if they are listed for sale. If your ordered item is sold out, we will contact you individually using the contact information you provided on your order.
  • All items will be shipped on the designated shipping date listed on each item’s detail page. Therefore, please understand that we cannot accommodate individual requests for shipping date changes.

Exchange & Returns

  • Within 48 hours of receiving the item, you can apply for a return on the VARTIST Q&A board or on the website (My account -> My page). Within 2-3 days of receiving the request, a delivery person will contact you to collect the item. (For orders from other sites, you must contact the seller directly.)
  • If a return request is not confirmed, the item will be returned to the sender.
  • If you want to return an item, it must be received at the VARTIST warehouse within 7 days from the date you received it, in the same packaging condition as when you first received it.
  • If any components of the items (tags, poly bags, hangers, etc.) are lost or damaged, or if the item is damaged due to customer negligence such as wrinkling, washing, alteration, or use of perfume, the item cannot be exchanged or refunded.
  • If you want to exchange an item, please apply for a return first, because the item you want to exchange may be out of stock during the exchange process. After returning the original item, you need to create a new order.
  • Pre-orders, waiting lists, bags, accessories, and items agreed to be final sale cannot be exchanged or refunded due to a change of mind.
  • In case of wrong delivery or defective item, the brand will bear the shipping cost for the return.
  • For purchases made at the Hannam Seoul showroom, exchanges and refunds can only be made at the showroom. You must visit the showroom within 3 business days of the purchase date, bringing the item in new condition with the tags attached and the payment receipt.


  • After the returned item(s) is picked up at the VARTIST warehouse, returns and refunds will be processed collectively every Monday and Tuesday.
  • If the return is processed correctly, the refund will be completed within an average of 3-5 business days from the date of completion of the return, using the same payment method as the original transaction.
  • The time required for card refunds may vary depending on the card issuer, and you can receive accurate guidance by contacting the card issuer that you used for the payment.
